Hasan Shahriar Shawon is an integrated marketing expert born and raised in the remote areas of North Bengal, Bangladesh. With a track record of successful leadership and problem-solving, Hasan is recognized as a thought leader and impactful member of his community and the global arena. He possesses excellent communication skills, allowing him to establish strong relationships with corporate entities and individuals worldwide. Hasan is passionate about contributing to the overall welfare and development of the country, particularly through his work with youth.

Currently, Hasan serves as an Assistant Manager in the Sales and Marketing Department at Concrete Technology, where he has gained extensive experience in corporate communication, sales, marketing, branding, product knowledge, customer relationship management, objection management, strategic thinking, market research, and digital marketing. Throughout his professional career, he has successfully worked for both private and multinational companies.

Hasan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Daffodil International University, where he actively engaged in various co-curricular activities, such as social work, seminars, workshops, and skill development programs. He also served as a protocol officer, volunteer, and participated in club activities. Hasan's leadership skills and active involvement in professional organizations have earned him recognition, including several awards and positions in Rotary International. In 2015, he joined the organization as a Rotaractor, and he was elected as the President of the Rotaract Club of Daffodil International University in 2018-19. Since then, he has held various leadership roles, including Zonal Representative, Assistant District Secretary, and District Secretary of Rotaract International District Organization 3281, Bangladesh. He has also served as the President of the University Student Association of Chowdala.

Hasan comes from an aristocratic family and has a supportive family consisting of his parents, a younger brother, and his spouse, Mitu Mony, who also works in a private company.

In his free time, Hasan enjoys volunteering for local charities and believes in the power of a positive attitude and kindness to make a difference in the world. He has won numerous awards both as an individual and part of a team, including the Best Club Award among 283 Clubs in 2021-22, Best Club-Based Performance Award in 2018-19, Best District Official Award in 2021-22, and Best Contributor Award in 2019-22. Through these accomplishments, Hasan has demonstrated his leadership ability and teamwork skills.
