Hasan Shahriar Shawon is a sales and marketing professional with a strong background in strategic sales, business development, customer relationship management, and youth leadership. Born and raised in North Bengal, Bangladesh, Hasan has built his career through dedication, continuous learning, and a passion for creating meaningful impact in both business and society.

Currently, Hasan is working with Zoomlion Heavy Industry Bangladesh Company Limited, representing one of the world's leading heavy equipment manufacturers. In his role, he focuses on strategic sales, dealer network development, market expansion, and building long-term relationships with customers and business partners across Bangladesh.

Hasan earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Daffodil International University. During his university years, he actively participated in seminars, workshops, volunteer activities, leadership programs, and various student organizations, which helped shape his professional and leadership skills.

Beyond his professional career, Hasan has an extensive record of leadership and community service through Rotary International and the Rotaract movement. He joined Rotaract in 2015 and served as President of the Rotaract Club of Daffodil International University during the 2018–19 term. Over the years, he has held several important leadership positions, including Zonal Representative, Assistant District Secretary, and District Secretary of Rotaract District Organization 3281, Bangladesh. His commitment to youth development and community service has earned him recognition as an effective leader and mentor.

Throughout his journey, Hasan has received numerous awards and honors for his leadership, teamwork, and organizational contributions. These include the Best Club Award (2021–22), Best Club-Based Performance Award (2018–19), Best District Official Award (2021–22), and Best Contributor Award (2019–22).

Known for his strong communication skills and relationship-building ability, Hasan enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. He believes in lifelong learning, integrity, and the power of positive action to create lasting change.

Outside of work, Hasan actively participates in volunteer initiatives and community development activities.
